About Heritage Lodge

With two reception rooms and seating for six in each, these living spaces are perfect for girly nights or family movie nights.  Each room has its own smart TV, with one offering the BT family package, and the other set up with a DVD player and easy access to HDMI ports to connect your own console if wanted. The second reception room also features a sofa bed, which is ideal for those with limited mobility.  Reception one has an open fire with instructions for use in the welcome package.

Boasting an electric log fire and with a cupboard packed full of crockery, the dining room is another great space.  The table comfortably seats 10 people and looks amazing at Christmas time!  We also provide one highchair, children's cutlery, crockery, and tumblers.

The modern kitchen has pretty much everything you could possibly need in a home from home.  The range oven is dual fuel with 2 ovens, a grill, and 7 hobs, while the dishwasher easily handles the majority of the cleanup.  The Tassimo coffee maker is provided with a selection of pods.  We also provide washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets for your stay. 

The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor, and can comfortably sleep up to nine adults.  Bedroom one has a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, rocking chair, smart TV, fan and hairdryer available, while bedroom two has the same facilities provided but with a more spacious super king-size bed.  Bedroom three features two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a beautiful view of the neighbouring church.  Bedroom four is the smallest room, with a triple sleeper bed (double bed on the bottom with a single bunk above).  There is a chest of drawers and coat rail available for use in this room.  All linen is provided for the duration of your stay.

The three bathrooms are each useful in their own right.  Located on the first floor next to bedroom one, there is a full large bath suitable for the smallest to the tallest, with a hand shower which is perfect for some relaxation, and great for those with small children.  The steam shower, also on the first floor, by bedroom four, is the shower steam cubicle.  This shower features amazing jets for a back massage or a foot massage after a long day of being at the beach or going around the arcades.  Downstairs next to the playroom, the wet room is in the perfect location for showering down before and after using the hot tub, and more accessible for those with limited mobility.  It can also be used for washing down any pets after a walk on the beach. 

Outside in the newly paved, completely enclosed back garden, we have a hot tub that can seat 7 people.  With the powerful jets and BlueTooth connections, you can truly relax in style, listening to your own music, while the lights all around the gazebo allow you to relax until late.  

Off-road parking for up to four cars is available. 

Our brightly coloured playroom (located off the courtyard) is always a hit with children.  From the road and rail themed carpet to the multitude of toys available for all ages*, there is plenty to keep the younger members of your family entertained even on rainy days.  There is also a dartboard available for the older kids, but please bring your own darts and please ensure the they are kept away from younger members of the family. 

Also attached to the courtyard is a utility room with a full-size fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.  Laundry detergent, softener, and stain remover are also stored here for you to use as you require.  Also supplied are bathroom and kitchen cleaner spray. 

The courtyard/sunroom is a lovely quiet space to sit in peace and catch up on your reading on the sofa.  There is also a small table and four chairs and a TV.  Near the table and chairs there are USB sockets, which are perfect if you need to charge your kindle or phone.

We allow up to three dogs at the property and provide crates, food/water bowls, blankets/throws, and 'I'm on holiday!' tags for you to use free of charge during your stay.
